OP_1452.001-Water_Heater_Door

My water heater door is just plywood and warped from being old, weather, and bring plywood.

Plan: Sand, attach scrap 2×4, paint, reattach

Pulled off and did a quick rough sand and wipe down.

Professional painter on duty. Painted both sides so fast. Even honored me with a single signature stroke on the housen

Mix of screws and nails (whatever I had on hand) to attach the scrap pieces of wood to straighten the plywood. Screws closer to the edge, nails along the middle

Took forever to measure, I am so bad at this. Co-Pilot Dang was off duty wilting in the weather
Still got her consultation to help with the design and measurements
A couple of layers
Not bad. Just do not look too close at the paint. Or mind the chisel fix-it job I had to do to get the door to close.

Only took all day. Fun anyway
