Feb 6, 2022: Co-pilot Dang has agreed to venture a new meal with a new kitchen tool. Today we are trying beef stew in my new InstaPot!

After finishing Operation 2000.A.2. We left at 1:30 for Ralph’s, then Coffee bean (hazelnut + cold brew), then Costco, then to trader Joe’s for items we forgot from the former two stores. Got back by 3:30, settled in and started prepping everything.

We took no photos of preparation, but it came out great!
