OP_3210.002-Pineapple

The first time I have cut a pineapple by myself! I tried to use a potato eye remover… But the pineapple with too mushy. Ended up going around several times to trim and trim. Came out delicious! I like the centers too, not sure why the directions day to core it. It was a bit tough, but it is also where most of the nutrients are. Added some salt and munched away. Feb 6, 2022: Co-pilot Dang has agreed to venture a new meal with a new kitchen tool. Today we are trying beef stew in my new InstaPot! We left at 1:30 for Ralph’s, then Coffee bean (hazelnut + cold brew), then Costco, then to trader Joe’s for items we forgot from the former two stores. Cabin camping in the southern end of Sequoia National Park with Co-Pilot Dang, Nguyen fam + N-fam amigo. The Airbnb booked by Phuong was a awesome 2 bedroom 2 bath place. Pie in the sky: lots of land, not too close to too many neighbors, 5-10 mins from freeway, close to beach volleyball, not too far from LA family. First place of interest was in Sycamore canyon right up the street from East Beach Went to planning and development to get the public records and visited the actual land. Need to build a bridge to get land since there is a creek off the road. Second option would be to talk to the neighbor who had a bridge to share theirs and drive through their land to access it.
